Returns & Exchange

  • You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
